Missed Appointment & Cancellation Policy
A missed appointment is defined as (a) an appointment that you arrive 15+ minutes late for, (b) an appointment that you do not show up for, or (c) an appointment that you provide less than 48 hours notice to cancel or reschedule. If a $100 deposit has been collected to book the appointment, this will be nonrefundable in the event of a missed appointment.
